We offer small group sessions (private and public), team training, and private personal training. We can also provide virtual 1-on-1 training and customized home workout programs.
Your first class is free! You can sign up through Mindbody—if you're new, it will automatically apply the free first-class option.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and indoor-only supportive footwear. Bring a water bottle and be ready to move!
Our trainers can modify exercises to accommodate injuries or health conditions. Let us know beforehand, and we’ll create a safe and effective plan for you.
We understand that life happens! If you cancel at least 3 hours before your session, you won’t be charged.
No, we provide everything you need for in-person sessions. If you're training at home, we’ll tailor a program based on what you have available.
It depends on your goals! We typically recommend 2–4 sessions per week for best results. Most classes are full-body, and our trainers coordinate to ensure you’re not repeating the same exercises.
That depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
Yes! We offer small private group sessions, team training, and fitness classes. You can sign up with a friend—space permitting.
While we are not dietitians, we can provide general nutrition guidance. If you need a specialized meal plan, we’re happy to recommend professionals who can help.
