Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout at home, we'll set up a program for you. We also provide online consultations and virtual 1-on-1 training.
