With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Ryan has worked with clients of all backgrounds and abilities. From professional athletes and team training, to older individuals and rehabilitation programs. As a former football player with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Ryan’s had firsthand experience at training for high performance. This experience, combined with his gold-standard certifications for Strength and Conditioning, has led to him being recognized as a Lululemon Brand Ambassador since 2023, and voted as Regina’s “Best Personal Trainer” for 3 consecutive years.
Beyond coaching, Ryan is passionate about staying active and enjoys hiking, golfing, and riding his bike.
Erika brings both experience and expertise to her coaching, having competed as a national-level track and field athlete and team captain for the University of Regina. Specializing in triple jump, long jump, and sprinting, she developed a deep understanding of speed and power training. She earned her degree in Kinesiology before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, graduating in 2024. Passionate about training athletes and driven individuals, Erika thrives on helping clients reach their goals through structured, results-focused programming.
Outside of coaching, she enjoys running, hiking, golfing, and working out. She also loves reading and learning new things.
With a strong background in high-level athletics, Cody played Junior A hockey in the MJHL and competed in U Sports football with the Regina Rams, gaining firsthand knowledge of the dedication and performance demands of elite athletes.
Cody earned his Kinesiology degree in Human Kinetics in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science at the University of Regina, researching the impact of concussions on cardiovascular physiology. Passionate about training clients of all ages and abilities, Cody enjoys helping individuals reach their goals, whether it’s improving strength, mobility, or athletic performance.
Outside of coaching, he stays active playing senior hockey in the winter and golfing in the summer.
With a diverse athletic background in football, basketball, and track, Ryan brings a well-rounded approach to fitness and performance training. As a current player for the U Sports Regina Rams football team, he understands the discipline, strength, and agility required to excel in high-performance sports. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology (Human Kinetics) and is now pursuing an Education after-degree while continuing his football career. His passion for coaching stems from a desire to help others achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals through structured training and personalized guidance.
Outside of the gym, Ryan enjoys fishing, golf, spike ball, and a good game of cards.
Ellie, a 2024 Kinesiology graduate from the University of Regina, is passionate about helping others lead healthier, more active lives. A former distance runner for the University of Regina track and field team, she values endurance, balance, and dedication in both fitness and life. After completing her fieldwork at Sound Athletics, Ellie officially joined the team to help clients achieve their fitness goals. She combines her academic knowledge with real-world experience to create personalized training plans and lead group classes that promote overall well-being and performance.
Beyond coaching, Ellie is currently pursuing medical school at the University of Saskatchewan. In her spare time, she plays ringette on a local Open A team and enjoys going for runs.
